Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)

Loss Damage Waiver “LDW” is a simple, yet awesome program that frees the customer of any responsibility should your building be damaged by fire, storm, or any other natural disaster “acts of God”. We will have the building repaired, release you of all remaining payments or replace the building with a new building if damages can not be fixed. Loss Damage Waiver is generally more affordable that adding to your home insurance policy, there is also no deductible with Loss Damage Waiver. We strongly suggest you sign up for Loss Damage Waiver to give you the peace of mind you deserve. Loss Damage Waiver does not cover mysterious disappearance, negligence by customer or any contents inside or surrounding the storage building. To claim a loss, you must provide KLC Rentals with a police report within 48 hours of the incident and be current on payments. Loss Damage Waiver is for term of the contract.
